I've gotten to know Dave over the last several years and he's been a wonderful friend, colleague, and mentor. I admire his skills at running 24/7 Real Media over time. He's weathered and met many challenges in his career, from navigating his company through the first Internet bubble and burst, the sale of his company to WPP, and the last recession and recovery through the transformation of the advertising industry. In this interview, he talks about where he sees internet marketing going, his own role and vision for the space, his thoughts on where the communications industry is going, pay walls, and more.
