George posed a question that I think was a golden nugget and wanted to share it. He said, “Digital requires a totally different thinking for ROI. It could severely devalue the more traditional, immeasurable ‘branding’ work of PR. If you can’t measure brand awareness while you can measure everything else, does it have value?”
